- Going to Work webcast - completed before you begin your internship assignment
- Work forms to be completed during your work term:
- Going to Work online webinar - completed BEFORE you begin your work assignment
- Assignment Record - completed during the first 2 weeks you are at work. This form is to be completed with your supervisor
- Work Report - completed during your last 2 wees at work
- Performance Evaluation - completed by your direct supervisor at the end of your internship. YOU are responsible for ensuring the GT Internship Program receives a copy
